THE FRICTION

The same announcement gets copied into several drafts. A number changes, an edit happens in one place, and the reviewer cannot tell which versions are still accurate or approved.

THE PRODUCT WE’RE EXPLORING

DraftRelay, in three parts.

DraftRelay would connect each channel draft to an approved source and flag versions that need another review when the source changes. The proposed first version ends with an approved export.

Three planned capabilities we want to validate with early users.

01 / PLANNED

A visible source

Planned draft records would link claims and quotes back to the original content the team owns or is allowed to use.

02 / PLANNED

Edits for each channel

Proposed variants would let a writer adjust framing, length, and the call to action while preserving the source facts.

03 / PLANNED

Approval that follows the version

Planned change tracking would require a fresh review after a meaningful edit, with approval tied to the actual draft.

AN INTENDED WORKFLOW

A clearer next step.
Less work around it.

A focused approach for small marketing teams adapting owned articles, webinars, and announcements for several channels.

  1. 01

    Start with approved material

Bring a source article, outline, or transcript your team has permission to adapt.

  2. 02

    Edit a channel-specific draft

Check factual claims and make the writing fit the intended audience and format.

  3. 03

    Review and export

Approve the current version, then export it to your existing publishing process.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few useful answers.

Can I generate or publish posts now?

No. DraftRelay is a waitlist and research concept. Draft generation, review workspaces, exports, and platform connections are not available today.

Will the first version publish automatically?

Automatic publishing is outside the proposed first version. The focus is reviewed drafts that a person exports into an existing publishing workflow.

Can it guarantee the generated writing is accurate?

No. Any suggested text would require source checks and human editing. The planned workflow makes review visible; it does not replace editorial responsibility.
